Bashir Ahmad replies former Aviation Minister who asked if Buhari has initiated any rail/Hospital project

With all due respect Sir. I thought you would say President Buhari has initiated and completed. But you said he (Buhari) has completed Abuja and Kaduna. That means he just completed what the past administration initiated. Now tell me the one initiated by President Buhari. Both the past and present government in this country should cover their face in shame. They are a disgrace humanity. Pen and paper will never forgive them
