Super Eagles defender and former captain of Enyimba FC Chinedu Udoji is dead.
According to report, the football star who played against his former club Enyimba FC on Saturday died in a fatal motor accident.
Udoji was said to have died after visiting his former team mates after the Enyimba – Kano pillars clash which ended 1-1.
Kano Pillars’ spokesman Idris Malikawa confirmed Chinedu Udoji’s shocking death to newsmen on Monday morning, February 19.
”Yes, I can confirm to you that we have lost Chinedu Udoji, and so unfortunate because he was one of our best players. For now, we are waiting for his death certificate from the hospital,” Malikawa said
