1 . Start by making niyyah ( intention) to perform Ghusl , say Bismillah ( in the name of Allah ) and cleanse yourself of impurities .
2 . Wash the right hand up to and including the wrist ( and between the fingers )
three times, then similarly for the left hand .
3 . Wash the private parts and remove dirt or filth from the body .
4 . Perform Wudu as if for prayer . Ensure that the mouth and nostrils are
thoroughly rinsed three times. If sitting on a stool or stone while bathing then the feet should also be washed when performing Wudu . But if sitting in a muddy place, feet should not be washed at this stage .
5 . Water should be poured over the head three times so that it flows all over the body , ensuring that the roots of hairs and parts not easily reached by water such as the backs of the knees are washed thoroughly .
6 . Pour water over both the shoulders three times each . Hands should be
passed all over the body when water is poured so that no part of the body is left dry.
7 . Move to a clean spot and wash the feet if not washed during Wudu
8 . As at the end of Wudu , it is recommended to recite the Shahada .
If, after Ghusl , one recalls that a certain portion of the body is left dry, it is not necessary to repeat the Ghusl , but merely wash the dry portion . It is not
sufficient to pass a wet hand over the dry place. If one has forgotten to rinse the mouth or the nostrils , these too could be rinsed when recalled after Ghusl has been performed .

On the authority of Abu ‘ Abdullah An- Nu ’man bin Bashir ( r ) who said: I heard the Messenger of Allah ( pbuh) say :
“ Truly what is lawful is evident , and what is unlawful is evident , and in between the two are matters which are doubtful which many people do no know . He who guards doubtful things keeps his religion and honour blameless , and he who indulges in doubtful things indulges in fact in unlawful things , just as a shepherd who pastures his flock round a preserve will soon pasture them in it . Beware , every king has a preserve , and the things Allah has declared unlawful are His preserves . Beware , in
the body there is a flesh ; if it is sound , the whole body is sound , and if it is corrupt , the whole body is corrupt , and behold , it is the heart. ”
6 b )
The general habit of the believers is to refrain from something that is doubtful as not to harm their Iman ( faith) , reminding themselves of the hadith: “ Leave the thing which is doubtful for something that is undoubtful” As for the last part of this hadith, there is a prayer that the Prophet ( pbuh)
used to say which is :
“ Ya Muqalib al qulub , thabit qalbi fi deenek” ( Oh God who makes hearts turn away , make my heart firm in Your religion)

iii. Faith brings all the benefits of salvation into our lives (Ephesians 2:8,9). This includes healing, prosperity, peace, love, joy (1 Peter 1:8), deliverance from demons and the curse, sanctification of the mind and emotions (the salvation of the soul) and any other benefit which the word of God promises to us.

1 Kings 21 Contemporary English Version (CEV)
Jezebel Has Naboth Killed
Naboth owned a vineyard in Jezreel near King Ahab’s palace.
One day, Ahab said, “Naboth, your vineyard is near my palace. Give it to me so I can turn it into a vegetable garden. I’ll give you a better vineyard or pay whatever you want for yours.”
Naboth answered, “This vineyard has always been in my family. I won’t let you have it.”
So Ahab went home, angry and depressed because of what Naboth had told him. He lay on his bed, just staring at the wall and refusing to eat a thing.
Jezebel his wife came in and asked, “What’s wrong? Why won’t you eat?”
“I asked Naboth to sell me his vineyard or to let me give him a better one,” Ahab replied. “And he told me I couldn’t have it.”
“Aren’t you the king of Israel?” Jezebel asked. “Get out of bed and eat something! Don’t worry, I’ll get Naboth’s vineyard for you.”
Jezebel wrote a letter to each of the leaders of the town where Naboth lived. In the letters she said:
She signed Ahab’s name to the letters and sealed them with his seal. Then she sent them to the town leaders.
After receiving her letters, they did exactly what she had asked. They told the people that it was a day to go without eating, and when they all came together, they seated Naboth at the front. The two liars came in and sat across from Naboth. Then they accused him of cursing God and the king, so the people dragged Naboth outside and stoned him to death.
The leaders of Jezreel sent a message back to Jezebel that said, “Naboth is dead.”
As soon as Jezebel got their message, she told Ahab, “Now you can have the vineyard Naboth refused to sell. He’s dead.” Ahab got up and went to take over the vineyard.
Elijah Condemns Ahab
The LORD said to Elijah the prophet,
“King Ahab of Israel is in Naboth’s vineyard right now, taking it over. Go tell him that I say, ‘Ahab, you murdered Naboth and took his property. And so, in the very spot where dogs licked up Naboth’s blood, they will lick up your blood.’”
When Elijah found him, Ahab said, “So, my enemy, you found me at last.”
Elijah answered:
When Ahab heard this, he tore his clothes and wore sackcloth day and night. He was depressed and refused to eat.
Some time later, the LORD said, “Elijah, do you see how sorry Ahab is for what he did? I won’t punish his family while he is still alive. I’ll wait until his son is king.”
No one was more determined than Ahab to disobey the LORD. And Jezebel encouraged him. Worst of all, he had worshiped idols, just as the Amorites had done before the
LORD forced them out of the land and gave it to Israel.
