A stoppage time strike from Harry Kane sealed England’s place at their sixth consecutive FIFA World Cup as they beat Slovenia 1-0.
The sides went into the break level following a scoreless first half, which failed to live up to the Wembley crowd’s expectations.
However, Kyle Walker found Kane from the right late on and he made no mistake in finishing off the move.

Germany picked up a 3-1 win over Northern Ireland at Windsor Park, securing their spot at next year's showpiece in Russia.
The world champions went into the break 2-0 up following early goals from Sebastian Rudy and Sandro Wagner.
Joshua Kimmich scored Germany’s third in the 86th minute before Josh Magennis scored a late consolation goal right at the death.

Robert Lewandowski bagged a hat-trick as Poland thrashed Armenia at the Vazgen Sargsyan Republican Stadium.
Kamil Grosicki opened the scoring in the second minute and the visitors never looked back. Lewandowski scored in the 18th and 25th minutes before Hovhannes Hambardzumyan pulled one back in the 39th.
The Poland onslaught nevertheless showed no sign of relenting in the second half. Jakub Blaszczykowski and Rafal Wolski each grabbed goals — with Lewandowski scoring his third in between.
